While HVAC.Agency provides full-service digital marketing (SEO, PPC, web development, etc.), HVAC Consultation focuses purely on education and guidance. Think of us as the no-pressure, information-only side of the same team. We help you understand what you need before you decide how to get it.

The full process typically spans 5–7 business days. The discovery call is 30 minutes. Our team then takes 2–3 days to complete the digital audit. The strategy session is 60 minutes. You receive your written recommendations within 48 hours after the session.

If you have access to your Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, or ad account logins, it can help us provide deeper insights — but we can run a thorough audit with just your website URL and business name. We will guide you on what is helpful during the discovery call.

Yes, and we encourage it. The more stakeholders who hear the recommendations, the more aligned your team will be. We are happy to include your office manager, marketing person, or co-owner in any or all of the sessions.

We share specific, actionable recommendations based on your actual audit results — not generic tips. This includes things like which keywords to target, what your website is missing, how your Google Business Profile compares to competitors, and which channels are likely to give you the best return.

If you decide you want professional help implementing the recommendations, we can introduce you to HVAC.Agency or you are free to work with any provider you choose. There is no commission or referral fee — we simply want you to get the right help, whether it is from us or someone else.

We send you a written summary of everything we discussed along with prioritized recommendations. You can always reach out with follow-up questions — there is no time limit or charge. If we do not hear from you, we respect your space and will not pester you with follow-up sales calls.
